Hello my name is Leslie Jovanovic. I am the founder of Chefs Sans Frontiers 4Kids, a non-profit organization. For the past 10 years I have been the owner of La Perfect Bite, a boutique catering company that sells Chef and general ambiance decoration services, for private and corporate events,  parties, luxury yacht caters, and exclusive dinners: http://www.laperfectbite.com. By working for all those events with different kinds of people I have come to realize the effects and benefits of food over them. It is amazing how spontaneous and powerful an effect food has on people from all different venues, and their appreciation and satisfaction is my biggest reward.

I have a very crispy healthy and tingly style of cooking.  I always research my ingredients to learn about their different effects and well-being for each one of us. I have been passionate about cooking for as long I can remember. I think it is a wonderful way to give. Since I was a child, I always wanted to help and give to orphans and children in need. This is what motivated me to start CSF4Kids.  With the idea of sharing my knowledge of food with the Orphans staff, and the street kids caretakers, while at the same time cooking for the children in need, I feel my mission has a purpose. 

I am presently  focusing my mission on children in North, Central and South America, and  would like to extend it to the Caribbean. When I started my first mission in Peru, I realized how happy and grateful  the orphanage Staff and the children were to have me in their lives teaching and creating healthy meals together. The kids were so comfortable with me because I was part of it, part of their reality while cooking for them, and sharing our meals.  I think this is the magic in it all; helping to create and teach healthy recipes and meals, while at the same time inspiring people.  Besides myself, I have a group of Chefs from different countries and cultures, ready to assist me with this incredible mission that will nourish, teach, and expose these children to new ideas that will bring  hope and meaning to their futures.
